Responsibilities:

• Design and execute high-quality pastries, desserts, and breads.
• Develop seasonal dessert menus that complement our culinary offerings.
• Maintain consistency in flavor, presentation, and quality across all locations.
• Oversee ingredient sourcing, inventory, and cost control.
• Train and mentor pastry team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or bakery.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques.
• Creativity in dessert menu development and plating.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Passion for quality ingredients and innovative flavors
