Central Plant Engineering Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of 5-years, strong building systems; life/safety systems; plant operations and building maintenance experience is required, with hotel experience preferred.
- Strong trouble-shooting skills in all areas of maintenance in guest rooms, meeting space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical} and HVAC systems.
- EPA Universal Certification Required.
- Ability to read blue prints and schematics is also required.
- Ability and willing to work flexible schedule including various shifts; holidays, weekends.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to send texts and emails using a smart phone application.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
