Culinary Innovation Manager, Baked Goods
We're partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed baked goods business on the hunt for a Culinary Innovation Manager to lead product innovation and shape the next generation of their portfolio.
This is a hands-on role where you'll:
Develop innovative baked goods recipes from concept to commercialization.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to translate customer needs into actionable product concepts.
Engage directly with key customers to co-create products and gather insights.
Work with R&D and production to ensure recipes are scalable, cost-effective, and launch-ready.
Drive tastings, prototype testing, and sensory evaluations.
Who they're looking for:
Culinary-trained, ideally with bakery/pastry experience.
5+ years in culinary/product development within baked goods or related food categories.
Experience interfacing with sales teams and customers is highly desirable.
Creative, commercially minded, and passionate about delivering "wow" products.
This is a high-impact role in a PE-backed business where innovation, speed, and collaboration are rewarded.
