MEMCO is hiring for a Flatbed Delivery Driver + Shop Helper in Villa Rica!!

• Schedule: Mon - Fri 7am - 4pm; OT available
• Pay: $17 entry level
• Pay: $20-25 with Active CDL

Job Overview :

We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Driver & Shop Associate to join our customer’s team. This role is primarily responsible for delivering architectural cladding materials to customers using company flatbed trucks. When not driving, the associate will support shop operations, assisting with shipping, material handling, and crating to ensure safe and secure delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Safely operate flatbed trucks to deliver materials to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Load and unload shipments, ensuring materials are handled with care.
• Assist shop team with building wooden crates/panels and preparing materials for shipment.
• Use a measuring tape, hand tools, and power tools to fabricate protective shipping components.
• Support general shop tasks, including organizing, staging, and quality-checking materials.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.
• Adhere to all company, DOT, and safety regulations.

Qualifications :

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; CDL preferred but not required.
• Experience operating flatbed trucks required.
• Ability to read a measuring tape and use basic hand/power tools.
• Prior construction or material handling experience a plus.
• Strong attention to safety and reliability.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A pre-employment drug screen will be required for this position .
