Position Summary:

The Analytics Associate supports enterprise reporting and analytics by helping translate data into insights that drive business results across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Care. Working closely with the Director of Data & Analytics, this role combines analytical execution with business understanding to improve how teams operate through data. This position plays a hands-on role in enabling a more data-driven organization by helping turn reporting into action.

Job Duties:

· Support development and maintenance of dashboards and reports that help business teams track performance and make informed decisions.

· Assist with sourcing, cleaning, and organizing data from multiple systems into structured datasets.

· Partner with functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical outputs.

· Build routine reporting and help automate manual data processes to improve operational efficiency.

· Analyze performance trends and surface insights that support improvements across key business functions.

· Validate data accuracy and help maintain consistency across reports and metrics.

· Support SQL queries and data modeling under guidance of the Director of Data & Analytics.

· Contribute to testing and rollout of analytics tools and AI-enabled workflows.

· Provide ad hoc analysis that helps teams identify opportunities and address performance gaps.

· Assist in documenting data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.

Required Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience), required.

· Experience: 1–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence, ideally in a retail or consumer-facing environment.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

· Physical Demands: Travel (up to 15% of Time).

· Work Environment: Office Setting

· Schedule: Weekdays and occasional weekends, as needed.
