Assurance Senior (Atlanta)
TRC’s client, a well-respected and growing public accounting firm, has a direct hire opportunity for an Assurance Senior to join their team.
This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in public accounting, with hands-on involvement across the full audit lifecycle and increased exposure to clients and leadership. You’ll work closely with managers and partners while also mentoring junior staff and building your leadership skillset.

What you’ll be doing:
- Execute all phases of audit and attest engagements including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, and reporting
- Prepare and review workpapers in accordance with AICPA standards
- Draft financial statements and disclosures in compliance with GAAP
- Perform technical accounting research and present findings to leadership
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns
- Manage day-to-day client communication and build strong working relationships
- Provide status updates and support overall engagement success
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of public accounting audit experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards
- CPA completed or in progress preferred
- Experience working across multiple industries is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
