Lagoon Venture Lead – Product, Brand & Growth

About the Opportunity
Clair Lagon USA is launching a new Lagoons vertical, bringing premium lagoon environments to the U.S. market.
We are seeking a Lagoon Venture Lead to build and scale this initiative.
This role is designed for a builder—someone who enjoys turning expertise into a clear product, a strong brand, and a scalable growth engine. You will help transform our lagoon know-how into a premium, repeatable offering and drive its market launch.
You will operate like an internal venture leader, owning the product definition, brand development, and go-to-market strategy while collaborating closely with operations to ensure delivery aligns with the product promise.
Responsibilities
Product Development
- Define target customer segments and product positioning
- Structure the lagoon offering into clear packages, options, and standards
- Develop the signature design language including materials, finishes, and layouts
- Establish product standards and documentation to ensure consistent delivery
- Collaborate with operations to align design with build feasibility
Brand Development
- Build and maintain the brand identity and positioning
- Develop marketing assets including renders, photos, videos, and sales materials
- Ensure brand consistency across website, campaigns, and partner materials
- Support sales with high-quality presentations and product documentation
Go-to-Market Strategy
- Launch and optimize marketing channels including website, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Build partnerships with architects, landscape designers, and premium builders
- Develop lead generation and demand creation initiatives
- Track funnel performance including lead sources, conversions, acquisition cost, and project margins
Venture Building
- Coordinate execution with internal team members and external partners
- Manage agencies and freelancers supporting creative, marketing, and content
- Develop repeatable playbooks and systems for expansion into new markets
- Drive the Lagoons initiative end-to-end
Qualifications
Experience
- Experience launching or scaling products, ventures, or brands
- Background in product marketing, venture building, or brand strategy
- Experience in design-led or premium industries such as outdoor living, hospitality, architecture, or luxury home services is highly valued
- Comfortable working in early-stage or growth environments
