Role Overview
We’re seeking a Front Desk Tech to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You’ll greet patients, manage scheduling, process payments, and support the smooth daily flow of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism

• Manage check-ins, phones, scheduling, and appointment flow

• Process payments and handle basic insurance/administrative tasks

• Support communication between front desk, techs, and doctors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient front desk area

• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold our “Ritz-Carlton” standard

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience preferred (medical office a plus, but not required – we will train!)

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

• Tech-savvy; able to learn EHR and payment systems

• Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to grow
