Transaction Specialist

Reliable Security Staffing LLC is looking for a dedicated Transaction Specialist to join our Support team in Atlanta. This full-time, remote position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are eager to begin their careers in the security and investigations industry.
As a Transaction Specialist, you will play a vital role in managing client transactions and ensuring accurate processing. Responsibilities
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain client records and transaction documentation
- Assist in monitoring and reporting transaction activity

- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of security industry practices is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
