Learning & Development Systems Project Coordinator
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Learning & Development Systems Project Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. Duties:
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to design, implement, and support learning solutions and related business processes
- Analyze business challenges from a technical and data perspective, including functional requirements, data flow, data quality, and data transformation
- Document solution recommendations and options based on problem statements and analysis
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assess impacts related to system and product releases
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience working in a distributed team model
- Experience with compliance processes, eLearning development tools, and learning technologies
- Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) implementation and maintenance
- Knowledge of building and managing curricula within complex LMS platforms
- Working knowledge of data analysis and providing actionable recommendations
- Understanding of compliance standards and best practices for structuring and presenting learning content
- Ability to define functional requirements and execute data analysis and integration tasks
- Experience with project management and product release processes
- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze and manipulate data using business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
