(Warehouse environment - Non-climate-controlled environment)

Position Summary:
Under general supervision, performs clerical duties to support the UADP department.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Receives parts orders and accurately enters information into the system.
• Scanning Inventory.
• Reporting inventory to Manager.
• Ability to use handheld scanners to scan laptops - (inbound/outbound).
• Intermediate-Advanced level experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Updates and maintains databases and Excel spreadsheets with speed and accuracy.
• Admin/data entry compiling project data and producing workbooks.
• Interacts professionally with people at all levels internally and externally to answer questions, address complaints, keep management informed, and explain information.
• Organizes, maintains, and updates the filing system.
• Maintains information on the status of current projects and tasks.
• Operates office machinery including copiers, scanners, telephones, and computers.
• Displays a consistently positive, cooperative, self-motivated, courteous, and professional attitude as an essential function of this position.
• Non-climate-controlled environment. During the Summertime it is going to be warm in the warehouse.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: At least one year of progressively responsible clerical experience.
• Mid-level (Intermediate-Advanced) Excel experience.

Knowledge Of:

• Correct English usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation; modern office methods and procedures, equipment, and filing systems; proofreading; statistical and record keeping principles and procedures; the proper way to handle callers and visitors.

Skill At:

• Performing responsible clerical work requiring speed and accuracy; learning, interpreting, and applying organizational policies and procedures; composing emails; entering data with speed and accuracy; tactfully and courteously and answering questions in person and over the telephone; ability to communicate and interact professionally with employees, management, and clients.
