As a **Security Professional - Tech/Media Patrol Full-Time** in **Peachtree Corners, GA** , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to all individuals on site. **What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities.
+ Observe and report incidents, hazards, and/or suspicious activity in a timely manner.
+ Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with access and information as needed while maintaining site protocols.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs and incident reports as required by site policies.
+ Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site representatives to address security-related concerns.
+ Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt to evolving situations as necessary.
+ Participate in ongoing training to stay current with security-related procedures and protocols relevant to the technology, media, and telecommunications environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
