Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Lawrenceville, GA (onsite)

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and safety-conscious Warehouse Associate responsible for supporting storeroom operations at a customer site. Primary duties include receiving, stocking, inventory control, cycle counts, customer support, and data entry. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate stock levels, timely dispatch of materials, and a clean, organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods; verify against invoices and report discrepancies

• Store and organize products on shelves, racks, and bins following inventory system protocols

• Perform daily cycle counts and assist in maintaining accurate inventory records

• Prepare, pick, and pack outgoing shipments using pick sheets or electronic systems

• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse tools; forklift experience is a plus but not required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse workspace; assist in cleaning office and warehouse areas as needed

• Provide excellent customer service when interacting with onsite client (Raytheon employees)

• Enter data into warehouse management systems (e.g., Vista, SX.e, Prophet 21) for tracking inventory and shipments

• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in warehouse safety programs

• May drive a box truck locally (within 15 miles) for deliveries once hired full-time (FTE)

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or site manager

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in a warehouse, storeroom, or supply chain environment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Familiarity with basic computer systems; ability to learn warehouse software and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling and documentation

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely

• Team player with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently

• Must wear closed-toe shoes and comply with all safety standards

• Forklift certification or experience is helpful but not required

• Willingness to convert to full-time with potential driving and customer-facing responsibilities
