We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable Dishwasher / Prep Cook to support our back-of-house operations. This is a fast-paced role where your attention to cleanliness and preparation directly impacts the success of every shift.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, trash areas, sinks, and prep stations
• Assist with basic food prep and ingredient organization
• Properly store clean equipment and utensils
• Help receive and put away inventory deliveries
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability REQUIRED
• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but training provided for the right candidate
• Spanish speaking is a plus
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong work ethic and team-first attitude
