seller Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Assist with order fulfillment, including processing orders, coordinating with the warehouse for shipping, and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to prevent stockouts and manage replenishment.
- Conduct market research on competitors and industry trends to help identify new opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for the management team.
