Job Summary We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Communications Representative to support customer outreach, promotional activities, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy communicating with people, presenting information, building relationships, and identifying opportunities to support business growth. Responsibilities * Communicate with prospective and existing customers through in-person and promotional activities. * Present products and services clearly and professionally. * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. * Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives. * Participate in promotional campaigns, community outreach, and events. * Follow up with prospective customers to support sales opportunities. * Distribute promotional materials and assist with customer engagement activities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with team members to achieve communication, engagement, and sales goals. * Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Confident, outgoing, and professional personality. * Customer-focused and goal-oriented. * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. * Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. * Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. * Previous experience in sales, communications, customer service, retail, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
