Accounts Receivable Specialist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:30am to 05:00pm )

• Generate and send accurate invoices to customers on a timely basis.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer balances.
• Apply payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain customer records and update contact information as needed.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing issues or payment delays.
• Prepare aging reports and assist with month-end close.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve account issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
• Support audit preparation and other accounting projects as needed.

Accounts Receivable Specialist Qualifications:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in accounts receivable or general accounting.
• Strong knowledge of billing and collections procedures.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
