This role demands effective communication and relationship building, with occasional client visits to foster strong connections. The recruiter leverages social media recruiting tools daily to identify top talent and supports a bilingual environment, valuing customer service skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using various channels, including social media recruiting tools
- Screen candidates to evaluate fit for contract roles
- Post job openings targeting contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Collaborate within a recruitment team to meet staffing goals
- Occasionally visit clients to strengthen partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in recruitment
- Proficient in candidate sourcing and screening
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Customer service experience
