North Fulton ENT, a privately-owned ENT practice in Roswell GA is seeking a Medical Check Out Receptionist to join our team. We have been helping patients in our community since 1989 and we are passionate about providing both the best ENT and Audio healthcare technology available and the best patient experience possible.

We seek an administrative back office professional who is passionate about helping people and interested in developing a career in the field of ENT.

The following DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES are central to the role:

• Manage patients scheduling and appointment confirmations
• Collection of deductibles, co-insurance or copays
• Extensive customer service - utilizing email, phone calls, and in-person interactions to build strong relationships with our customers
• Assist the Roswell Audiologist in patient scheduling and collection of payments on hearing aids and accessories

To ensure success candidates should also possess the following EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :

• Demonstrated experience building strong and positive relationships with patients or customers
• An ability to communicate verbally & in writing with utmost clarity
• Proficiency with MS-Office & other medical practice software preferred
• Knowledge of various healthcare insurance carriers preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Business school or Associate degree preferred
