Vice President of Continuous Improvement

Cennox is looking for a Vice President of Continuous Improvement to join our team as a senior leader responsible for driving operational excellence and efficiency withing the organization. The role will report directly to the Chief Service Delivery Officer and will develop and implement strategies to improve processes, reduce waste and enhance productivity across various departments. This role will involve collaborating with executives, associates and various stakeholders to implement and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing and Implementing Strategies: create and execute plans to optimize operational performance.
- Process Optimization: Analyzing existing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements to streamline the process.
- Waste Reduction: Identifying and eliminating waste in all forms including time, materials, and resources.
- Performance Management: Establishing Key Performance Indicators and track progress to goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for continuous improvement activities.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting employee engagement, providing training, and recognizing achievements.
- Change Management: Leading and managing organizational change associated with process improvements.
- Project Management: Overseeing the execution of continuous improvement project, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- 10+ years of experience in implementing continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile
- Senior leadership experience in leading improvement projects across multiple departments in a corporate environment
- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a reactive field service environment is a significant plus.
- Bachelor’s degree level of education
- Certifications Six Sigma and Agile highly desired
