Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales and Services Representative to join our growing team. This full-time role offers flexibility, growth potential, and a dynamic work environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service including policy changes, billing inquiries, claims support, and coverage explanations.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Educate customers using a needs-based review process to recommend appropriate insurance and financial products.
- Sell and manage a variety of insurance products, including Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance.
- Ensure compliance with licensing and training requirements while maintaining ethical business practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with State Farm systems and processes is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required .
Education & Experience
- Proven experience in insurance sales (Property & Casualty license and/or Life Insurance license).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
