Office Administrator

Does the idea of a friendly, hands-on, and detail-oriented environment put a smile on your face? A local company is looking for a versatile Assistant to join the team in a part-time role that could lead to a permanent career. You will handle everything from answering customer calls and entering orders to physically preparing items for shipment. If you are a service-focused professional who can lift up to 50 pounds—and perhaps even bring some social media or design flair to the table—we want to hear from you!

salary: $17 - $17.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 11 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers with a friendly attitude.

• Accurately take and enter customer orders.

• Prepare and pack items for shipping.

• Lift packages up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Close attention to detail and customer service focus.

• Plus: Experience with social media or design (Canva/Adobe).

Schedule:

Training: Mon–Fri, 11 am – 5 pm.

***Post-Training: Shifts start at 12 pm or 1 pm and end at 5 pm.***
