Compliance Consultant
Our Compliance Consultant will be the dedicated point of contact for our clients providing support on I-9 program related questions. This role is 100% work from home position with ability to travel to client corporate sites for business reviews annually or quarterly or for optional in office learning opportunities. All travel is domestic, and not required on regular basis. Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary contact for 20-30 I-9 customers, answer emails and phone calls within 24 hours, host monthly calls.
- Create and deliver organized, thoughtful, and well-designed QBRs with the objective of retaining and growing each customer in his/her portfolio with a focus on expanding the programs calculated by First Advantage
- Review I-9 program performance and key metrics and make relevant best practice recommendations to the customer to streamline hiring and support a compliant I-9 program
- Complete all tasks delegated by Managers and the leadership team in a timely and accurate manner
- Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities, meet or exceed upsell goal delegated by leadership.
- Achieve an average of at least 8 on the customer satisfaction survey
- Achieve a 98% or greater customer retention rate
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. BS in Communication, Business or a related field preferred.
- HR/TA policies and procedures, familiarity with I-9 regulations
- HRIS systems, ATS products, onboarding tools
- History of success in upselling services to existing clientele including meeting or exceeding quotas and/or annual goals
- Strong and confident board room presence and public speaking abilities
- Strong data analysis skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Sense of urgency to meet client and state deadlines
- Highly responsive and adaptable to evolving priorities
- Ability to work and thrive in a dynamic team environment as well as act independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Organizational skills and strong attention to detail

The salary range for this position is approximately $60-75k base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
