Construction Project Manager (Bilingual)
Location: Georgia-based (up to 50% travel to project sites)

Position Summary
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception through completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with strong organizational skills and proven experience managing multiple commercial or retail construction projects across various locations. This position requires frequent on-site presence and close collaboration with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and timelines.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and permits.
- Track project costs, review and approve invoices, and proactively mitigate cost overruns.
- Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and issues to leadership.
- Resolve on-site issues, delays, and conflicts efficiently and professionally.
- Enforce safety protocols and company standards across all job sites.
- Support project closeout activities, including punch lists, final inspections, and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial or retail construction projects.
- Bilingual Spanish/English (required).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and regulations.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to project sites.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction/project management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with retail, grocery, or multi-site construction projects.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.
- PMP or other construction/project management certification.
- Experience working in fast-growth or distributed organizations.
Work Environment
- Combination of office-based work and active construction job sites.
- Frequent travel to multiple locations.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and safely navigate active construction environments.
- Occasional evenings or weekends based on project needs.
Compensation & Benefits
$70,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience, bilingual proficiency, and travel requirements.
