Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults in the Progressive Care Unit, including oncology-related needs as applicable
- Assess patient condition, monitor vitals, recognize changes, and respond with appropriate interventions
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies, including IV medications and infusions
- Support symptom management, mobility, nutrition, and emotional needs in collaboration with the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, case management, and other disciplines to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record; ensure chart integrity and regulatory compliance

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a PCU/Intermediate setting or equivalent oncology-focused experience
- BLS, ACLS, and NIH Certification required
- Ability to perform 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:30 am) in an inpatient progressive care environment
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-centered communication skills
