Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

• Manage, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.

• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring efficient stock management.

• Work closely with the leadership team to plan, implement, and improve kitchen procedures.

• Enforce all health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

• Create a positive work culture and ensure team motivation and morale remain high.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar culinary leadership role.

• Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations, and inventory management.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
