iStaffing is currently hiring an experienced Mixer Operator for a valued client in Tucker, GA. This is a 2nd shift, temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing baking company seeking dependable and skilled candidates to join their production team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial mixing equipment in a commercial baking environment.
- Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to production specifications.
- Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Work closely with production teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous Mixer Operator experience is required.
- Must have experience working in a food manufacturing or food production facility.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical job duties throughout the shift.
