Our agency opened in 2010 and has grown into a strong team of eight who work together to serve our customers and community. Im a second-generation State Farm agent, so this business has been a part of my life for many years and has helped shape the values I bring to leading our office. I graduated from Georgia State University and have a family with two daughters, along with a dog and a cat at home. Family is very important to me, and that perspective carries into the way we support one another as a team. We stay involved locally by sponsoring community events and supporting initiatives throughout the area. Being present in the community and building real relationships with the people we serve is a priority for our agency. As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Trent Lewis - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
