Instructor - Remote | WFH

We're looking for a passionate and dynamic Instructor to join our team! This role will involve providing engaging training on specialized software for new and existing clients. You'll use your knowledge of the software, Head Start/Early Head Start regulations, and computer systems to conduct impactful trainings, prepare educational materials, and offer ongoing support to both clients and team members. This position requires frequent travel, averaging 3 weeks per month, but typically doesn't involve weekend stays.

What You'll Be Doing…

Lead both individual and group training sessions for new and existing clients, either onsite or virtually.
Assist in the development and creation of training materials to enhance learning.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of training resources, ensuring they meet the needs of clients.
Prepare thoroughly for each training session and maintain regular communication with clients prior to sessions.
When not traveling, assist with website chat and support other projects as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate…

Has strong knowledge of Head Start/Early Head Start procedures and operations.
Has excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Pays close attention to detail and organization.
Can collaborate effectively with both coworkers and clients.
Has 1-2 years of training experience in a similar role.
Is familiar with Head Start/Early Head Start federal performance standards.
Has knowledge of the Program Information Report (PIR) and its components.
