We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Front Office Lead to join our private oral surgery, implant, and aesthetics practice.
This role is ideal for someone who loves being the “front-office quarterback” — the person who keeps check-in, checkout, scheduling, claims, and patient communication running smoothly. You will also be responsible for treatment presentation, guiding patients through
recommended procedures, fees, and next steps in a clear and supportive way.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structure, communication, accuracy, and being the steady point of contact between patients, the doctor, and the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
This role centers around front-office excellence, treatment presentation, communication, and organization.
Front Desk Operations
- Welcome, check-in and manage patient flow with professionalism and warmth.
- Complete checkout, collect payments, and walk patients through next steps.
- Maintain a polished, organized reception area.
- Prepare daily schedules for consults, surgeries, post-ops, and aesthetic visits.
Treatment Presentation & Financial Conversations
- Review treatment plans with patients clearly and confidently.
- Explain recommended procedures, timelines, and fees in everyday language.
- Ensure patients understand pre-op expectations, financing options, and insurance estimates.
- Support case acceptance through education and support — not pressure.
- Answer follow-up questions calmly and guide patients toward scheduling their care.
- Work closely with the surgeon to ensure treatment plans are accurate and updated.
Patient Communication & Scheduling
- Manage patient calls, emails, messages, and online inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule consults, surgeries, implant visits, and aesthetic treatments with accuracy.
- Confirm appointments and communicate any pre-op requirements.
- Support patients through pre- and post-operative instructions.
- Coordinate follow-ups, recalls, and treatment reappointments.
Insurance & Claims Support
- Submit insurance claims accurately and promptly.
- Post EOBs and payments in the system.
- Track outstanding claims and follow up as needed.
- Verify benefits for surgical, implant, and aesthetic treatments (as applicable).
- Maintain clean, organized insurance documentation.
Administrative & Case Support
- Prepare forms, consents, and treatment documentation.
- Assist with pre-op packet organization, referrals, and patient education materials.
- Maintain accurate digital charts and patient records.
- Support coordination between the surgical team, aesthetics team, and doctor.
Team Collaboration
- Provide updates during morning huddles and communicate schedule changes.
- Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth transitions between appointments.
- Stay proactive in assisting where needed and build strong respectful relationships within the team.

- Skilled at scheduling, patient communication, and insurance claims processing.
- Calm, dependable, and organized — even on busy surgical days.

- Detail-oriented and accurate with administrative tasks and documentation.
- Strong with technology and practice management software.

· Salary: $27/hour
