Position Summary:
AFC Home Warranty is hiring a high-energy, full-time Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selling our industry-leading home warranty plans to existing homeowners and real estate professionals. This is an inside sales position to start, with remote work optional after training and proven performance.
You’ll benefit from a steady flow of qualified leads—no cold calling required—plus the backing of a trusted national brand and a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and convert qualified leads provided by AFC into customers via phone and email.
- Educate prospects on the features, benefits, and value of AFC’s home warranty plans.
- Build relationships with real estate professionals to foster ongoing referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual sales quotas and team goals.
- Accurately document all interactions and customer data in the CRM (Salesforce).
- Participate in training and ongoing coaching to improve performance and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience (inbound, inside sales, or account management).
- Experience in home warranty, real estate, insurance, or home services preferred.
- Strong phone presence with excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- CRM proficiency and Salesforce experience is a strong plus.
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and results-oriented.
- Must be able to work on-site during the initial training period; remote work optional afterward based on performance.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
