Responsibilities :
- The RN Case Manager Will Maintain A Case Load Of About 20 Patients
- Patients Per Day-4 On Average
Requirements :
- Registered Nurse In The State Of Georgia
- Full Time Monday-Friday
- On-Call Rotation
- 1 Year Of Hospice Or Palliative Care Experience-Preferred But Will Consider Med/Surg. Oncology, Nursing Home Experience
