Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role will be a key business partner across multiple departments, providing financial insights, supporting decision-making, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting both operational finance and private equity reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Partner with department leaders to analyze budget versus actual spend, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Identify and track cost savings opportunities, driving initiatives that enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial deliverables.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting.

Private Equity & Capital Management

• Prepare reporting packages for private equity partners, including cash flow forecasts, financial models, and performance metrics.
• Support debt financing activities, including covenant reporting, lender deliverables, and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with leadership on liquidity planning, ensuring effective management of working capital and cash resources.

Cross-Functional Business Partnering

• Serve as a financial advisor to department heads, providing guidance on financial implications of strategic and operational decisions.
• Deliver clear, data-driven presentations to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Executive teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Experience with private equity-backed companies and debt financing preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and BI tools a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
