Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of inside sales representatives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective sales campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions
- Provide training and support to sales team members
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to upper management
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or related field
- Strong knowledge of outbound calling techniques and warm calling strategies
- Familiarity with logistical sales or distribution industry is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Proficient in using CRM software for tracking leads and managing customer relationships
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
This position will have a base pay but is commission driven!
