Legal Assistant- Healthcare
Our client, a well-established mid-sized law firm in Atlanta , is seeking a Legal Assistant to support a solid Healthcare practice group . This role provides direct support to five attorneys and is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys working in a collaborative legal environment.

Responsibilities
Manage attorney calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Maintain client files and document management systems
Coordinate client communications and meetings
Handle time entry, expense reports, and billing support
Assist with document preparation, filings, and general administrative support
Provide additional support to the team as needed
Qualifications
2+ years of legal assistant or law firm administrative experience preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Ability to manage priorities while supporting multiple attorneys
Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
