Registered Respiratory Therapist (Night Shift)
Location: Atlanta, GA 30329
Rate: $50 - $55/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 12-hr Nights | 07:00 PM 07:00 AM
Responsibilities :
- Provide respiratory therapy to pediatric patients in ICU, NICU, ED, and general pediatric units.
- Administer and monitor respiratory treatments and equipment.
- Float between different pediatric care areas as needed.
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and trauma cases.
- Document patient care accurately using Epic EMR.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
- Follow safety, infection control, and vaccination policies.
Required Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.
- Pediatric experience is required.
- Level 1 Trauma experience preferred, will consider level 2.
- Extensive critical care experience in PICU, NICU, and Emergency Department.
- Active respiratory therapist license in the Georgia state.
Certifications required:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
