What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails with a focus on consistency, accuracy, and presentation.
• Provide personalized, anticipatory service to a sophisticated clientele.
• Guide guests through the beverage menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
• Maintain an immaculate, fully stocked, and well-organized bar environment.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, alcohol service, and company standards.
• Accurately process transactions and follow all cash-handling procedures.
• Uphold the elevated standards synonymous with the Centurion Lounge brand.

This role is ideal for bartenders who take pride in their craft and are ready to bring elevated service to an elite guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or private club environments.
• Strong foundation in classic and contemporary cocktail preparation.
• Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and mixology techniques.
• Exceptional guest service skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Understanding of responsible alcohol service and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
