Position Overview

Successful Independent Insurance Agency is seeking qualified professional agents to join their winning team for the role of Professional Property & Casualty Career Agent. Responsibilities

  • Market and Tele market daily. Produce and write new business as well as re shop our current clients for better rates.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Educate our clients.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and learn relatively fast.
  • Must be a self-starter and has the ability to work independently.
  • Work with the Principal Agent to establish and meet sales and marketing goals.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Ability to use social media as a marketing tool.
  • Must have a great, positive attitude.

As an Agent, you will receive...

Compensation: Negotiable, also, based off experience

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not necessary, because we have the best training program.
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Licensed in P&C (or the ability to become licensed within 30 days)
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
