ResponsibilitiesClient Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Policy Management: Assist clients with policy inquiries, providing solutions to meet their insurance needs.
Sales: Proactively identify opportunities to promote and sell various insurance products to clients.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the system.
Problem Solving: Resolve client issues and handle claims promptly and efficiently.
Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and regulatory updates to enhance service quality.
RequirementsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent required, with preference for candidates holding additional relevant qualifications.
Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is highly desirable.
Licensing: Must be obtained with employer covering the cost.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with strong emphasis on customer service and relationship building.
Motivation: A genuine interest in helping clients safeguard their financial futures and a commitment to professional growth in the insurance industry.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software for managing client accounts and communications.
