Join Anderson Ford as a Mobile Service Coordinator and play a key role in managing and coordinating our mobile service operations. You will be responsible for scheduling, communicating with customers, and ensuring a seamless service experience on the go. This position is ideal for an organized and customer-focused individual who thrives in a dynamic automotive environment.
Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
- Liaise between service technicians and customers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Manage service records and documentation accurately.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and service-related issues.
- Support the mobile service team in day-to-day operations to optimize service quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with scheduling software.
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in Douglas, GA area.
- Competitive hourly wage between $12.00 - $18.00, paid weekly.
