Rohadfox Construction Control Services Corporation is apart of a joint venture program currently valued at over 20 billion dollars for Atlanta Hartsfield Jackson Airport. We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Field Inspector to join our team as part of the ATLNEXT program for a full-time role. This program is at the forefront of construction innovation, focusing on the inspection of construction work with a primary emphasis on concrete. As a Senior Field Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and compliance of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the field inspection effort, enforcing compliance with construction contract terms and conditions.

- Monitor the progress of work by contractors, addressing potential design or construction issues promptly.

- Review plans and specifications for constructability and conformance to project objectives.

- Evaluate contractor manpower and equipment, ensuring adherence to the project schedule.

- Coordinate and monitor QA/QC plans for compliance with construction documents.

- Facilitate resolution of field problems, discrepancies in drawings, and coordinate testing needs.

- Supervise and schedule the duties of assigned Field Inspectors.

- Attend weekly progress meetings with contractors and ensure coordinated contractor activities.

Requirements:

- A college degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in the field.

- Over 10 years of experience in construction work inspection, with a strong emphasis on concrete.

- Proven ability to direct, coordinate, and supervise a staff of two or more inspectors.

- Knowledge of Safety Plans, QA/QC Plans, and Project Procedures Manuals.

- Proficiency in scheduling, spreadsheet, document, and database software (e.g., PMWeb, P6, Microsoft Office Suite).

- Safety Training (minimum OSHA 10 Hour) and NICET Certificates are strongly preferred.
