What You'll Be Doing:

• Promptly responding to customer requests for rates and carrier availability
• Capturing critical shipment details to negotiate pricing and maximize profitability
• Coordinating closely with our Dispatch and Tracking teams to ensure accurate execution
• Updating customers with delivery progress and proactive communication on delays
• Handling shipment turndowns and cancellations with proper documentation
• Proactively soliciting business from assigned accounts through ongoing sales and relationship management
• Supporting shipment dispatch as needed and assisting in overall logistics execution
• Jumping in on other duties as needed—every day is different!

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus
• 1+ years of customer service experience, experience in logistics/supply chain is a plus
• Strong negotiation, time management, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop) is a plus
• Basic understanding of pricing, profit margin, truck capacity, and transit times
• Strong math and analytical skills

Bonus Experience:

• Backgrounds in problem-solving roles (even outside logistics!)
• Experience helping others and creating "wow" moments
