Landscape Installation Associates
Beyond The Curb Landscaping is a rapidly expanding company in the Intown Atlanta area, seeking a dedicated and reliable Landscape Installation Team Leader to join our team. As a critical member of our team, you will play a key role in bringing our customers' visions for beautiful landscape designs to life. Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage landscaping crews
- Ensure jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
- Operate and train others on equipment, trucks, and trailers
- Adapt to changes for peak efficiency
- Communicate plans and production goals with crew members and clients
- Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
- Track and record all expenses and crew hours worked
- Prepare job sites and see them through to completion
- Maintain a clean worksite
- Complete paperwork and information pertaining to job
- Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or crews
- Knowledge and experience installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications
- Ability to read landscape designs and plans
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery
- Valid GA driver license
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Dependable attendance record
- Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
Compensation
- Competitive pay range of $25-$30/hr , with potential for overtime pay.
