Landscape Installation Associates

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage landscaping crews
• Ensure jobs are performed in accordance with industry and company standards
• Operate and train others on equipment, trucks, and trailers
• Adapt to changes for peak efficiency
• Communicate plans and production goals with crew members and clients
• Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed
• Track and record all expenses and crew hours worked
• Prepare job sites and see them through to completion
• Maintain a clean worksite
• Complete paperwork and information pertaining to job
• Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or crews
• Knowledge and experience installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications
• Ability to read landscape designs and plans
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Proficiency in operating standard landscaping machinery
• Valid GA driver license
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Dependable attendance record
• Willingness to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions

Compensation

• Competitive pay range of $25-$30/hr , with potential for overtime pay.
