J.R. Bolton Plumbing , HVAC and Fireplaces is looking to hire a HVAC Installer Helper and be part of a dynamic team committed to providing top-notch heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services. In this role, you will support our experienced HVAC technicians in the installation and maintenance of various HVAC systems, ensuring that our clients receive the best service possible.

You will work hands-on to learn the trade, assist in system installations, and help troubleshoot HVAC issues. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for those looking to develop their skills in the HVAC industry and build a career with a reputable company.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in HVAC installation or maintenance preferred, but not required.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in the HVAC field.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18-$27 hourly depending on experience-- none recommended but preferred.

Expected hours: 40 per week
