Job Description:
Manage audits, prepare work papers, analyze client financials, and mentor junior staff while ensuring GAAP compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare audit work papers and analyze client financial information.

• Review team work to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Identify client needs and recommend improvements.

• Coach, mentor, and direct junior staff.

• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of staff.

• Collaborate effectively on client projects and engagement tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s preferred.

• Licensed CPA.

• 3–5 years of public accounting experience.

• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to motivate, coach, and lead staff.
