Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial landscape management (required).

• A strong communicator with proven client relationship skills.

• Skilled in managing crews, schedules, and budgets with quality and safety as priorities.

• Eligible to work in the U.S., 21+ years old, with a valid driver’s license.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage client relationships with monthly walkthroughs, proactive communication, and on-site quality control.

• Direct daily field operations, including scheduling, routing, and managing crews.

• Ensure services meet contract scope, quality standards, and financial goals.

• Grow accounts through enhancement proposals, irrigation management, and upselling services.

• Recruit, coach, and manage your team’s performance.

• Lead site audits and branch meetings to keep operations aligned.

• Champion safety across all work environments.
