Cruise Booking Specialist-Georgia
Job Description:
Join Xperience Xscape Travels as a Cruise amp; Booking Specialist and help clients plan seamless, personalized travel experiences from start to finish. In this remote role, you will assist with itinerary planning, bookings, and client support to ensure every trip is well organized and memorable.
Whether coordinating vacations, cruises, corporate travel, or custom itineraries, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate vacations, cruises, group travel, and custom itineraries
Research destinations, accommodations, and travel options
Manage bookings, confirmations, and client updates
Provide professional customer support throughout the travel process
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Interest in travel, hospitality, or customer service
No prior experience required; training provided
