Paralegal- Commercial Real Estate
A growing AmLaw 200 firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to support a busy, multi-state practice. This role works closely with attorneys on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, with a strong emphasis on title and survey review.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare documents for commercial real estate sales, loans, leases, and related transactions
Conduct in-depth title and survey review , including title abstracts and tax reviews
Coordinate and track all aspects of transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing
Manage closings, escrow transfers, recordings, and title policy follow-up
Organize matter files and due diligence materials for attorney review
Prepare entity formation documents and related filings as needed
Communicate with clients, counsel, and vendors to keep transactions on track
Enter time and maintain accurate matter records
Qualifications
5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm
Strong, hands-on title and survey review experience required
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal document management systems (e.g., iManage)
Willingness to work overtime when needed
