- Conduct in-home sales appointments with customers based on incoming leads
- Assess customer needs on-site and prepare detailed, customized proposals
- Negotiate terms, close sales, and guide customers through the purchasing process
- Submit complete sales orders and required documentation to the office team
- Spend time managing displays and engaging potential customers at big box store locations as needed
- Follow up on older or dormant leads within the companys CRM system
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to support repeat and referral business
- Consistently achieve assigned sales goals within the designated timeframe
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented sales professional
- Strong communication, selling, and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Relationship-driven with a positive, adaptable attitude and openness to feedback
