SAP SCM Engineer (Korean Bilingual)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Engineer (SAP) with a specialization in Supply Chain Management (SCM). As a System Engineer (SAP), you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SCM modules, with a specific focus on PP (Production Planning) and SD (Sales and Distribution). Your expertise in SAP SCM will play a vital role in streamlining our production management, sales & outbound delivery processes to support our automotive parts operations.

Responsibilities:

SAP SCM Operations and Maintenance:

• Lead operations and support for SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
• Ensure continuous maintenance and timely updates of SAP SCM Modules (PP/SD, etc.)

Technical Support and Troubleshooting:

• Provide technical support for SAP SCM-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system problems to minimize downtime and disruptions.

Supply Chain Process Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize Supply Chain processes (PP/SD) to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Implement and maintain SCM modules to support business operations.

System Integration:

• Integrate SAP SCM with other SAP modules and financial systems.
• Ensure seamless data flow and consistency across different systems.

Documentation and Training:

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SCM Modules and processes.
• Conduct training sessions for users to ensure proper utilization of SAP SCM.

Continuous Improvement:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize SCM business processes and enhance user experience.

Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:

• A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP SD and/or PP module operations and functional support.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong understanding of logistics principles and practices.
• Proficiency in SAP SCM (PP/SD or MM) and other relevant SAP modules.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within an automotive part or manufacturing corporation.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and Korean).

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:

• SAP certification in SCM or related modules.
